American Express offer a range of travel insurance options. The standard level of cover is the Classic option, which provides for all the mishaps you'd expect - illness, loss of baggage, hospitalisation, curtailment, etc, and is valid for the UK, Europe and worldwide alike. Pay a little more and Premier Plus Cover gives you higher cover limits as well as inclusive car hire and winter sports cover. If you're only going to Europe and don't think you'll need high levels of cover, then the Annual Budget option may be the one for you. They also provide single trip and extended travel cover for less frequent or longer-term travellers respectively.
