With the financial backing of WalMart behind them this has the potential of being a very good product.
I've just switched to Asda having read this article, their quote was just over half my renewal quote!
Asda, the latest of the supermarkets to jump on the car insurance bandwagon, have come up with a very decent site.
The layout and design is good, plenty of ?more info? boxes are sprinkled across the form, which provide a more in depth explanation of what some of the questions mean.
The insurance is provided by Norwich Union, so the site does quite closely resemble theirs.
Relative newcomers to the insurance market, Asda (part of trading giant, Walmart) offer competitive car insurance rates, claiming they could save you up to £200 off the annual premiums, and by purchasing online you could enjoy a 20% discount. Asda car insurance is underwritten by Norwich Union Insurance Services.
